The Gun Harness™ (hereinafter referred to as “this product”) is intended for firearm fall protection only. Do not use this product for any other purpose. S & W Products, LLC assumes no liability for product use outside of the intended use. This product is intended for use on firearms weighing less than nine (9) pounds. Do not attach this product to any firearm weighing greater than nine (9) pounds.

This product is not intended to prevent a firearm from accidental discharge. Dropping or jarring a loaded gun can cause an accidental discharge. An accidental discharge can occur even with the safety on. Always unload the chamber and magazine of any firearm before climbing a tree, jumping a ditch, crossing a fence, or maneuvering around other obstacles.

This product prevents a firearm from dropping from a tree stand or other elevated height. Any other use of this product may result in injury or death. Children using this product should remain under adult supervision at all times.

Inspect the strap of this product for any signs of tearing, tattering, and/or fraying. Do not use this product if any signs of tearing, tattering, and/or fraying are observed. Discard this product after observing any signs of tearing, tattering, and/or fraying. Do not attempt to utilize this product after this product has prevented a firearm from falling. In the event that a firearm is dropped while this product is attached, discard this product.

Directions for use:

• Step1: Once removed from package, open the small loop of the Gun Harness™ located at one end of the Gun Harness™. Wrap the small loop securely around the small part of the stock of firearm and pull tight. Velcro the small loop firmly into place.
• Step 2: Open the large loop and wrap the large loop tightly around front of safety harness or secured area of tree stand. Velcro the large loop firmly into place. DO NOT ATTACH LARGE LOOP TO A USER’S WRIST.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, including but not limited to those caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, defect, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, products liability or under any other cause of action.
